Purple Editorial Overview
In the Purple Editorial docs, we distinguish between roles. So, depending on your role in working with Purple, whether you are an editor, administrator or developer, you will find the appropriate documentation below:
You are a content editor in a newsroom, using Purple Editorial to create and manage your content.
As a newsroom Administrator, this section guides on making e-papers available in the app, configuring Purple Editorial, defining your team's content model and hierarchy, and managing third-party integrations.
As a developer, this section provides documentation for our GraphQL-based Catalog API, the main interface for apps and frontends to interact with the Purple backend. It also includes information on web hooks, the Hub import API, entitlement services, and custom S3 buckets.
Purple Editorial is responsible for creating, refining, and distributing editorial content within our Publishing Suite. It includes four key modules: Purple Manager, Purple Hub, Purple Content Cloud, and Purple Feeds. Learn more in the Product Concept.
