As mentioned in the previous article, we will show how to setup your sFTP connection using Filezilla. Please have your credentials ready in order to follow the next steps.



Setup your sFTP connection

  1. Start Filezilla and click on the "Add server button"

2. Click on "New site"

3. Select sFTP as Protocol

4. Type in the host adress (usually exchange.purplemanager.com)

5. Type in the username which was provided to you

6. Type in the password which was provided to you

7. Click on the blue "Connect" button in the bottom right corner

You have successfully created a connection from your computer to your Purple sFTP folder
