Have Purple Managing Editor role in Purple Hub in order to be allowed to set up Editorial Workflows

## Reference

To set up the requirements, choose **Workflows » Checklist Groups** from the left-hand side menu in Purple Hub.

Options:

### Checklist applied on the attribute in context

Refers to

- Title
- Content
- Excerpt

Checks content length. Allows min or max attribute.

### Checklist applied on the containing attribute

Refers to 

- Tags
- Categories
- Images
- Featured Image
- Link

Checks definition/exist status.

### Checklist applied to the article as a whole

Refers to

- whole article

Define free questions to editor before submitting to workflow step.

### Checklist applied to featured image

Refers to

- Featured Image

Checks size of featured image.
