Summary
The Purple Experience Builder (PXP Builder) is a web-app to simplify working with dynamic resources and PXP configurations. This web application allows you to directly access and edit the dynamic content of your Purple App, instead of downloading the dynamic resources from Purple Manager, editing them on your computer and uploading them to Purple Manager again.

Purple Manager and PXP Builder share a single-sign-on (SSO). So, to be able to perform any changes, you need to be logged in on any of both systems.
