Serve content from other domains
To serve parts of the website from other domains, you would employ CloudFront origins and behaviors. From the user's perspective, a login or userinfo page might be part of the website, when in fact the content is served from the entitlement server. Another use case would be the delivery of certain scripts or stylesheets from other places without disclosing them.
Predefined origins
Several origins and behaviors are predefined. When switching on Sitemaps, Zephr or Matomo, several URLs are served from a static S3 bucket, your Zephr domain or the Matomo server.
Example: Zephr
On the Experience page, switch on "Enaple Zephr" and enter your Zephr domain.
This creates
- an origin with the name "Zephr" and the given zephr domain and
- behaviors to load the following paths from that domain
- /zephr/*
- /blaize/*
- /plugins/*
- /my-account
Additional origins and behaviors
It is possible to add arbitrary origins and behaviors. E.g. with the following configuration you could serve the wikipedia contents under your domain. (Beware of copyright violations.)
