Android: Enable adaptive app icon and splash screen
Purple Manager
In this article you will learn how to save the adaptive app icon and enable the splash screen in Purple Manager so that you can use it for your Purple Android apps. You will do both in one go, as the splash screen will be created automatically when you enable the adaptive app icon, and it will contain the same logo.
If you want to apply this change for your Purple App, you must rebuild the app and resubmit it to the Google Play Store, to make the changes visible to your users.
- Have an app created in Purple Manager
- Have at least 'App Admin' role in Purple Manager
As adaptive icons use a layer system to generate the final app icon, you will need:
- a foreground image
- a background image
- Minimum dimensions of 432x432 pixels
