How to report an error

Summary

This document is a guide to submitting a support ticket as a bug report to the Purple. Support Helpdesk. Whenever you find a bug within the product, you can report it via a ticket to the Purple Support Helpdesk and the team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution to help you.



Preconditions

  • Have an account with your company email address to the Purple Helpdesk
  • Are familiar with the Support Categories so that you can classify your error


How to

1. Open the link of the Purple Helpdesk in your browser: https://support.purplepublish.com/en/support/home

2. Click on 'Submit a ticket'

3. Below 'Company' enter the name of your organization

4. Below 'Requester' enter your (work) email address

5. In the field below your email address, enter your name

6. Below 'App / Project name' enter the name of your app or project

7. Below 'Subject' describe what your request is about

8. Below 'Description' section, describe your request in detail and give us as much information as possible (see Error description )

9. Below 'Support category' select the error category (see Support Categories ) from the dropdown

10. If applicable, upload an Attachment

11. Click on 'I'm not a robot

Your request has been successfully submitted to the Purple Customer Success team and they will get back to you as soon as possible. An email will be sent to the email address provided above.
