Purple Publish Status page
The Purple Publish Status page provides an overview of Purple's systems, allowing operational issues to be quickly identified and ensuring ongoing communication about problem resolution.

The Purple Publish Status Page contains the option for you to subscribe and receive alerts via email in case of an occurring problem in the system. There are multiple channels for you to get notified, like email, sms or slack. The e-mail address from which the alert messages are sent is [email protected]
To subscribe to the alert service, go to https://status.purplepublish.com/ and click on 'Subscribe'
On the Purple Support Helpdesk website, you will find a Status Widget that appears when operational issues get acknowledged on the Purple Platform. This widget informs you of any platform errors and saves you from having to report them yourself. It also provides a direct link to the Purple Publish Status Page for a more detailed view of what the issue is about.

Please note that the Purple Publish Status Page only covers C02 Purple Hubs. Purple Hubs that are still running on the C01 instance are not monitored.
The status page displays four statuses in the event of an incident:
- Investigating:An error has occurred, and the responsible developers are investigating the issue.
- Identified:The problem has been identified, and a solution is being worked on.
- Monitoring:A solution has been found, and the system is being monitored.
- Resolved:The issue is fixed, the solution is stable, and the incident is closed.
In addition to the status of individual system components, the status page also displays system metrics that provide insights into the systems' conditions. These metrics are:
- Catalog API latency p95 (response time of the Content API)
- Experience TCP latency p95 (response time of the websites)
- Hub post.php latency p95 (response time in the Purple Hub Editor)
- Content Cloud Publish latency (delay in publishing content)
