When working with Purple, the Purple Support Helpdesk is your main point of contact for bug reports, questions, change requests or product feature requests. In order to contact the Support Helpdesk, you must first register. This article will guide you through the registration process and how to be assigned to the company you work for so that you can access your colleagues' tickets, e.g. for a holiday cover.

4. Contact us via [email protected] to let us know with which email address you have registered, so that we can assign you to your company in the system.
