Troubleshooting: Problems with publishing articles

summary any content that you create and publish via the purple hub is stored in our content cloud if you encounter problems when publishing certain items, the content cloud explorer is a useful tool to find out more troubleshooting if an article is not being published, or if the published version appears to be different from the article in the hub, try investigating in the content cloud explorer from the sidebar in the editor, find the "open in content cloud explorer" (or "open preview in content cloud explorer" if the content is still in preview) if you can see the article in the content cloud explorer, it was published correctly if the link does not show the article, please contact support with the necessary details link to the article in the hub editor, date/time, etc
