The Finalize Article feature enhances Purple Prompts by allowing editors to fine-tune articles with a predefined set of tasks. Whether it's refining titles, creating excerpts, generating meta descriptions, or crafting social media posts—this feature executes all selected prompts simultaneously. Finalize your article in one seamless action.

How it works

The Finalize Article button simultaneously triggers all prompts selected for execution from Prompt Management. Results are displayed in a unified view, where editors can review and tweak each item as needed.

How to use

Preparation

Configure prompts for use with Finalize Article:

  1. Navigate to Prompt Management
  2. Edit an existing prompt or create a new one.
  3. Toggle on on Use for "Finalize Article".
  4. Save the prompt.
  5. Repeat for any additional prompts.

Finalizing an article

  1. Open the article you want to finalize.
  2. Launch the Purple Prompts sidebar.
  3. Click Finalize Article.
  4. A modal appears with all suggested updates for the article.
  5. Review and edit each section:
    • Click on a generated item to modify it.
    • Use the refresh icon to regenerate specific suggestions.
  6. Click Finalize to apply changes to the article and its metadata.
