Troubelshooting iOS App installation
To review changes made to an app's infrastructure (icon, colours, etc.) or to preview upcoming releases, you may need to install a preview app on your device.

As a customer, please do not select a profile in Purple Manager, when building the app, if you want to install a preview app on your device. Profiles are required for our development and customer success teams to install your app. Please simply build an app without using profiles.
Please make sure that you always install an app version without a selected profile. It is possible that Sprylab staff has created a newer version than yours that contains a profile that prevents installation on your device. In this case, please select your preview application by clicking on "other versions".
If you receive a message when starting your app stating that your integrity could not be verified, your device ID may not be stored in the provisioning profile. Learn more about UDIDs
