The e-paper on the web offers the possibility for the user to download as PDFs. Depending on the configuration, the download of the entire issue and/or individual pages is supported. 

Is the feature active, the user can download the entire PDF and/or the individual pages via the download icon in the action bar in the e-paper presenter view. This article explains, how to make the PDF download feature work. 

The feature is only available for the import workflow of PDFs via the sFTP server. Only e-paper can be downloaded as a PDF on the web. In the app, the issue downloaded doesn't have the PDF format.

The feature has to be enabled in the Purple Backend and in AWS. This will be done by Sprylab support. To request the enablement of the feature, please open a support ticket here:

After the 'download PDF download for e-paper module' is enabled as described above in the preconditions, your e-paper content in the web kiosk has to be imported via your ordinary SFTP upload procedure for e-paper issues. After you imported your web kiosk content, the download function is activated for this content and the download feature is available to the users.

Existing content has to be re-imported for the feature to be active for that content. 

The download of single pages must be configured separately
