Configure app rating in Purple Manager

In this article, you learn how to configure the app rating in Purple Manager. For Purple apps, you have the option for the iOS and Android platforms to display the app rating dialogues and give customers the opportunity to rate your app. The app rating is shared with the app stores and result in an aggregated app rating visible in the stores.
If you want to apply this change for your Purple App, you have to rebuild the app and resubmit the app to the App Store, in order to make the changes visible to your users.
- Have an app created in Purple Manager
- Have at least an 'App Admin' role in Purple Manager
- Have your app connected with the Google Play Store
- Have your app connected with the Apple app store
1. Go to Purple Manager -> 'Apps' -> Overview.
2. Click 'App Design'.
3. Click 'General.'
4. Click 'Advanced Settings'.
5. Scroll down to 'App Rating Dialog' -> '01. Enable app rating dialog' and check the checkbox.
6. Next to '02. Show app rating dialog after a certain amount of days' type the amount of days the dialog should appear for the first time.
7. Next to '03. Show app rating dialog again after a certain amount of days' type the amount of days the dialog should appear for the second time.
8. Next to '04. Show app rating dialog after a certain amount of sessions' type the amount of sessions the dialog should appear for the first time.
9. Next to '05. Show app rating dialog again after a certain amount of sessions' type the amount of sessions the dialog should appear for the second time.
10. Click 'Save'.
11. Rebuild your app, download it to your iOS and Android device, and test if the app rating dialog is displayed correctly.
